What is Fox TAS? 

FOX TAS is a Cloud-Based Answering Service Software build by our parent entity Bharat Tech Labs. It manages incoming calls for businesses, ensuring no calls go unanswered. It automates call handling, routes calls to the right department or person, and can even provide voicemail, call recording, and virtual receptionist services.

How it works?

Operators can login to the answering service software and instantly receive or transfer calls and relay messages for different clients, guided by notes on their screen. Fox Answering Service Software is entirely flexible and scalable, since it’s cloud-based.

Call recording

Automatically record all calls if desired. Recordings are stored on our cloud servers for 60 days. (For recordings stored for your lifetime as our customer, add $10 per month per seat.).

Text messaging (SMS)

You will need to use an SMS carrier that we support. Use Fox to send text messages by typing or just clicking one of your “canned” messages.

Chats

Chat between managers, agents, and groups, regardless of where they are located.

Call transfers

Perform warm or blind transfers to your client contacts with just a couple clicks.

Calls on-hold

While you transfer calls or place calls on-hold, callers will hear hold music.

Automatic call distribution options (ACD)

Ability to adjust ACD ring groups and settings

Online fax services

Use any one of multiple supported fax service providers for your clients who need to receive faxes rather than calls, emails, or texts.
